Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $100 within Australia.

Delivery Issues Razoa Jewels Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Items If your jewelry arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@razoajewelsboutique.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
